Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2012 and comes into force on 31st March 2012.
Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule is the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order determines the amount of the originating capital, in accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006, of National Health Service trusts established under that Act between 1st April 2011 and 1st September 2011.
