The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust following the completion of the consultation prescribed under section 25(3) of, and paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st April 2012.
Dissolution of NHS trust

- (1) The Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
- (2) The Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994[^f00003] is revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 2012 of the Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust established on 8th February 1994 and revokes the Trafford Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1994 that established the trust.
