The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 157(1) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011[^f00001].

The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 22nd March 2012—

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings the following provisions of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 into force on 22nd March 2012: sections 105 to 108 (partially, in each case), sections 113 to 115 (partially, in each case) and section 118 (partially). These provisions are brought into force for the purposes of making regulations under, or in accordance with, the provision which they each insert into the Licensing Act 2003.
