The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections A1(4), 2(2) and (2C) to (2E), 3(1), 5, 11, 20(1), 21(1) and 21B of the Reservoirs Act 1975[^f00001], makes the following Regulations.

In a notice served under section 21(1) of the 1975 Act, the undertakers must give the Agency the information prescribed in Schedule 7.
