The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(3) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2013.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order is the third commencement order made under the Crime and Courts Act 2013 (c. 22) (“the Act”).

This Order commences a number of provisions of the Act on 15th July 2013, and a smaller number on 1st October 2013.
