This Order may be cited as the Added Tribunals (Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal) Order 2013.

Employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal are “added tribunals” for the purpose of section 42 of the 2007 Act.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal to be “added tribunals” for the purpose of section 42 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
Adding these tribunals enables the Lord Chancellor to make an order under that provision to impose fees for anything they deal with.
