In section 77 (effect of European patent (UK))—

• (a) in subsections (4), (4A) and (5A), after “European Patent Convention” insert “or the Agreement on a Unified Patent Court”;

(4) Any amendments made by regulations under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018[^f00003] to rules, regulations or orders under this Act, whether made before or after this provision comes into force, extend to the Isle of Man, subject to any modifications contained in an Order made by Her Majesty in Council under section 132(2).
