The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Governance and Administration of Occupational Defined Contribution Trust-Based Pension Schemes) Appointed Day Order 2013.
