At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 11th day of December 2013Present,The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty in pursuance of section 19(2) of the Education Act 2005 and in accordance with that recommendation is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2013 and shall come into force on 12th December 2013.

The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education and Training in Wales or Arolygwyr Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru with effect from 12th December 2013.
