At the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 11th day of December 2013Present,The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Fishery Limits Act 1976[^f00001], or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Fishery Limits (Revocation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2014.

The Fishery Limits Order 1997[^f00002] and the Fishery Limits Order 1999[^f00003] are revoked.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the Fishery Limits Order 1997 and the Fishery Limits Order 1999, which are superseded by the declaration of an Exclusive Economic Zone under section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
