The Secretary of State for Health makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17, 18, 20(3) and (7) and 79(3) of the Health Act 2006 .

The Scottish Ministers have been consulted in accordance with section 24(6) of that Act.

PART 1 — Introductory

do not provide Health Boards with relevant services;
