The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Great Western Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust, following the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to that Act[^f00002].

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Great Western Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st February 2013.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st February 2013 of the Great Western Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust established on 1st April 2006 and revokes the Great Western Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Establishment) and the Avon Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust, the Gloucestershire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust and the Wiltshire Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2006 that established the trust.
