The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973[^f00001], with the concurrence of the Treasury, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Fire Service College Trading Fund (Revocation) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2013.

Revocation

The Fire Service College Trading Fund Order 1992[^f00002] is revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order revokes the Fire Service College Trading Fund Order 1992 (“the 1992 Order”). As a result, the trading fund established by the 1992 Order ceases to exist.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
