The Treasury has consented to the making of this Order as required by paragraph 1(7) of that Schedule.
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) Order 2013 and comes into force on 31st March 2013.
Originating capital of NHS trusts

The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule is the amount specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the Schedule.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order determines the amount of the originating capital, in accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006, of National Health Service trusts established under that Act on 1st April 2012.
