Made: 12th March 2013

The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(4) of the Pensions Act 2011[^f00001].

Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2011 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2013.

Commencement of provisions

The following provisions of the Pensions Act 2011 come into force on 13th March 2013—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings certain provisions of the Pensions Act 2011 (c. 19) into force on 13th March 2013, in so far as they are not already in force.

Article 2 commences the following provisions of the Pensions Act 2011—
