The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Scheme in exercise of powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980[^f00001] and now vested in him[^f00002] and[^f00003]:-

This Scheme may be cited as the A6 Trunk Road (Hazel Grove Diversion) Order 1989 (Revocation) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 30th April 2014.

The A6 Trunk Road (Hazel Grove Diversion) Order 1989 is hereby revoked.
