The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust, following the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to that Act[^f00002].

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st July 2014.

Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999[^f00003] is revoked.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st July 2014 of the Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals National Health Service Trust established on 1st April 1999 and revokes the Barnet and Chase Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1999 that established the trust.
