In accordance with section 10(7) of that Act the Treasury have consulted the Welsh Ministers where they have thought it appropriate.

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 22nd September 2014.

Designation

The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 2014 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
