The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1), (4) and (7) of the Pensions Act 2014[^f00001].

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order brings into force certain provisions of the Pensions Act 2014 (c. 19) (“the Act”) on 11th September 2014, 12th September 2014, and 1st October 2014.

Article 2 commences the following provisions of the Act—
