Coming into force: 1st November 2014
In accordance with section 4(5) of the Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the South West Water Authority, the Environment Agency[^f00002] and South West Water Limited and is satisfied that nothing further remains to be done by the South West Water Authority under any scheme under Schedule 2 to the Act.
Citation and commencement

This Order—
- (a) may be cited as the South West Water Authority (Dissolution) Order 2014; and
- (b) comes into force on 1st November 2014.

The South West Water Authority is dissolved.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution of the South West Water Authority.
