The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 64 and 90 of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 .

A certificate may be issued under section 64 of the Act only—

A certificate under section 7 of the 1888 Act which is in force on 6th April 2014 shall have effect for the period provided for when it was granted.
