Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the HGV Road User Levy (Exemption of Specified Roads) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st April 2014.

Exemption of Specified Roads

The HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 does not apply to the roads specified in the Schedule.

This Order specifies the roads to which the HGV Road User Levy does not apply.
