The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4) and 1(8) of Schedule 4 to the Act, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm (Correction) Order 2015 and comes into force on 14th May 2015.
Corrections

The Rampion Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014 is to be corrected as provided for in the table in the Schedule to this Order, where—
- (a) the first column identifies the location of the correction;
- (b) the second column quotes text to be omitted or otherwise identifies how a correction is to be made; and
- (c) the third column identifies the text to be substituted or inserted.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The Order corrects errors and omissions identified in the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014, a development consent order made under the Planning Act 2008, following a written request from the applicant under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act, and the Secretary of State having issued a statement that the Secretary of State was considering making corrections under paragraph (1)(5)(b) of Schedule 4 to the Act.
