The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990[^f00001], makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2015, apply to England only, and come into force on 10th June 2015.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This statutory instrument corrects errors in Schedule 1 to The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015. The impact will be as set out in the impact assessment for those Regulations and this instrument by itself has no additional impact.
