The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 153 of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to, the Act, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Galloper Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into force on 3rd July 2015.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013, a development consent order under the Planning Act 2008, following an application under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to that Act for a non-material change to increase the diameter of the monopile foundations from 7.0 metres to 7.5 metres in order to allow the foundations to meet the requirements needed to satisfy the turbine design limits. The change to the Order takes effect from the date specified in the Order.
