The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers in paragraph 1(4) and (8) of that Schedule, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Willington C Gas Pipeline (Correction) Order 2015 and comes into force on 19th August 2015.

Corrections

The Willington C Gas Pipeline Order 2014 is corrected as set out in the table in the Schedule, where—

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Order corrects errors and omissions in the Willington C Gas Pipeline Order 2014, which granted development consent under the Planning Act 2008, following a request from RWE Generation UK plc under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
