The West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2015

The Secretary of State for Health makes this Order on the application of the West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust, following the consultation prescribed under paragraph 28(3) of Schedule 4 to that Act[^f00002].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2015 and comes into force on 1st September 2015.
Dissolution of NHS trust

- (1) The West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust is dissolved.
- (2) The West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992[^f00003] is revoked.

Explanatory note

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st September 2015 of the West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust established on 4th November 1992 and revokes the West Middlesex University Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 that established the trust.
