Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Government of Wales Act 2006[^f00001] and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
Title and commencement

- (1) This Order may be cited as the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Amendment) Order 2015.
- (2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

In paragraph 5(2)(a) of Part 2 of Schedule 7 to the Government of Wales Act 2006, after “78,” insert “79,”.

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Order)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order amends Schedule 7 to the Government of Wales Act 2006 so as to confer legislative competence upon the National Assembly for Wales to amend section 79 of that Act (sustainable development).
