The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 79(c) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992[^f00001].
Citation, commencement and application

- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Prescribed Courses of Higher Education) (Information Requirements) (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 1st April 2015.
- (2) These Regulations apply in relation to England.
Prescribed courses for purposes of section 79(c) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992

The courses listed in the Schedule are prescribed for the purpose of section 79(c) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 in respect of the Higher Education Funding Council for England.
Revocation

The Education (Prescribed Courses of Higher Education) (Information Requirements) (England) Regulations 2014[^f00002] are revoked.
