The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 66(2) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986[^f00001].

Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Agriculture (Calculation of Value for Compensation) (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015;

(b) come into force on 1st October 2015; and

The following regulations are revoked—

(a) the Agriculture (Calculation of Value for Compensation) Regulations 1978[^f00002];

(b) the Agriculture (Calculation of Value for Compensation) (Amendment) Regulations 1980[^f00003];

(d) the Agriculture (Calculation of Value for Compensation) (Amendment) Regulations 1983[^f00005].

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations revoke the Agriculture (Calculation of Value for Compensation) Regulations 1978 and three instruments that amended those Regulations.
