The Secretary of State makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 66(2) of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986[^f00001].

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations revoke the Agriculture (Calculation of Value for Compensation) Regulations 1978 and three instruments that amended those Regulations.
