The Export Control (Amendment) Order 2015

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 of the Export Control Act 2002 , makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Amendment) Order 2015 and comes into force on 24th March 2015.
Amendments to the Export Control Order 2008

- (1) The Export Control Order 2008 is amended as follows.
- (2) For Schedule 2 to the Export Control Order 2008 (Military goods, software and technology), substitute the replacement Schedule 2 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
