The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Infrastructure Act 2015[^f00001]:

The revocation of article 26 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2010[^f00017] does not affect the operation of that article in relation to any application for planning permission notified to the Secretary of State[^f00018] before the appointment.

SCHEDULE — Consequential amendments

Stopping Up of Highways (Concurrent Proceedings) Regulations 1948

The Stopping Up of Highways (Concurrent Proceedings) Regulations 1948[^f00019] are amended as follows.

(2) In these Regulations “strategic highways company” means a company for the time being appointed under Part 1 of the Infrastructure Act 2015[^f00020].
