The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 6(1) of the Government Trading Funds Act 1973[^f00001], makes the following Order:

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order revokes the Defence Support Group Trading Fund Order 2008 (“the 2008 Order”). As a result, the trading fund established by the 2008 Order ceases to exist.

A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is forseen.
