Made: 4th March 2015

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 151(1) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012[^f00001].

Citation

This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2015.

Provisions coming into force on 12th March 2015

Subsections (1), (2) and (4) of section 85 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 come into force on 12th March 2015.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order is the eleventh commencement order made under the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c.10), and brings certain provisions of that Act into force on 12th March 2015, relating to fines and maximum fines which may be imposed on summary conviction.
