The Secretary of State, with the approval of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932[^f00001], as applied under section 10 of that Act in relation to mink by the Mink Keeping (Prohibition) (England) Order 2004[^f00002] and in relation to coypus by the Coypus (Prohibition on Keeping) Order 1987[^f00003].
Citation, commencement and application

- (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mink and Coypus (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 6th April 2015.
- (2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This instrument revokes in relation to England four sets of Regulations; three relating to the keeping of mink, and one relating to licence fees for the keeping of coypus.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors is foreseen.

Functions of the Secretary of State for Scotland under section 2 were transferred to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food by the Transfer of Functions (Agriculture and Food) Order 1999 (S.I. 1999/3141), article 2(1) and the Schedule.
