The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 156(1) of the Energy Act 2013[^f00001], makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2013 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2015.
Provision coming into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made

Section 150 of the Energy Act 2013 (smoke and carbon monoxide alarms) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order is the second commencement order made under the Energy Act 2013 (c.32) (“the Act”). It brings section 150 of the Act into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
