Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the London North West Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2015 and comes into force on 31st March 2015.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order determines the amount of the originating capital, in accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service Act 2006, of the London North West Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
