The Brucellosis Incentive and Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-Capital Grant) Revocations (England) Scheme 2015

Coming into force: 1st July 2015
The Secretary of State makes this Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(1), and (10) of the Agriculture Act 1970[^f00001] and by section 1(1) and (2) of the Farm Land and Rural Development Act 1988[^f00002] and with the consent of the Treasury.
Citation, commencement and application

- (1) This Scheme may be cited as the Brucellosis Incentive and Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-Capital Grant) Revocations (England) Scheme 2015comes into force on 1st July 2015.
- (2) This Scheme applies to England only.
Revocations

The following Schemes are revoked—
- (a) the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments Scheme 1972([^f00003] );
- (b) the Brucellosis (Beef Incentives) Payments (Amendment) Scheme 1975[^f00004];
- (c) The Brucellosis Incentive Payments Scheme 1977[^f00005]; and
- (d) The Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-capital Grant) Scheme 2001[^f00006].

Explanatory note
(This note is not part of the Scheme)
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Scheme revokes three Schemes relating to brucellosis made under the Agriculture Act 1970 and one Scheme relating to pig industry restructuring made under the Agriculture Act 1988 and which are now all redundant.
As no impact on the private, voluntary or public sectors anticipated no impact assessment has been prepared.
