The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 156(1) of the Energy Act 2013[^f00001], makes the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Energy Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2015.
Provisions coming into force on 30th April 2015

The following provisions of the Act come into force on 30th April 2015—
- (a) sections 119 to 130;
- (b) Schedule 13.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order is the third commencement order made under the Energy Act 2013 (c.32) (“the Act”). It brings Part 4 of and Schedule 13 to the Act, which relate to the government pipe-line and storage system, into force on 30th April 2015.
