The Scotland Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2016
Made: 5th December 2016
The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 72(5) of the Scotland Act 2016[^f00001]:
Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Scotland Act 2016 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2016.
Appointed Day
2
The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Scotland Act 2016 is 1st April 2017—
- (a) section 20 (amendments to the powers of the Scottish Ministers to borrow);
- (b) section 21 (provision of information to the Office for Budget Responsibility); and
- (c) section 67 (destination of fines, forfeitures and fixed penalties).

EXPLANATORY NOTE
These Regulations bring into force specified provisions of the Scotland Act 2016. Regulation 2 lists the provisions which come into force on 1st April 2017.
