The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016[^f00001], make the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2016.
Commencement

All the provisions of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 which are not already in force shall come into force on 1st January 2017.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
