The Secretary of State, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in respect of matters relating to electronic communications, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the 1452-1492 MHz and 3400-3800 MHz Frequency Bands (Management) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 6th May 2016.

In these Regulations—

The 3400—3800 MHz Frequency Band (Management) Regulations 2008 are revoked.
