The Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Revocation Order 2016

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 272(7) and 273(1) of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to, the National Health Service Act 2006[^f00001].
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Revocation Order 2016 and comes into force on 1st May 2016.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/79), which provides for the appointment of trustees for the Imperial College Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
