The Knottingley Power Plant (Correction) Order 2016
Made: 21st July 2016
Coming into force: 22nd July 2016
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4) and 1(8) of Schedule 4 to the Act, makes the following Order—
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Knottingley Power Plant (Correction) Order 2016 and comes into force on 22nd July 2016.
Corrections

- (1) The Knottingley Power Plant Order 2015 is to be corrected as provided for in the table in the Schedule, where—
- (a) the first column sets out where the correction is to be made;
- (b) the second column sets out how the correction is to be made; and
- (c) the third column sets out the text to be substituted, inserted or omitted.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order corrects errors and omissions identified in the Knottingley Power Plant Order 2015, a development consent order made under the Planning Act 2008, following a written request from the applicant under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 of that Act.
