The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 . The Secretary of State is a minister designated for the purposes of that section in relation to electronic communications.

Citation and commencement

These Regulation may be cited as the 2010-2025 MHz Frequency Band (Management) Regulations 2016 and come into force on 29th September 2016.
