The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016[^f00001], make the following Order:
Citation

This Order may be cited as the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2016.
Commencement
2
Sections 5 and 6 of the Safeguarding and Clergy Discipline Measure 2016 shall come into force on 1st October 2016.
