The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 185(1) of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014[^f00001].

This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2017.
Provision coming into force on 25th October 2017

Section 154 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (which relates to littering from vehicles in England) comes into force on 25th October 2017.
