The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(4) and (8) of Schedule 4 to the Act, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection (Correction) Order 2017 and comes into force on 10th March 2017.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order corrects errors in the Brechfa Forest Wind Farm Connection Order 2016, which granted development consent under the Planning Act 2008, following a written request from Western Power Distribution (South Wales) Plc under paragraph 1(5)(a) of Schedule 4 to that Act.
