In accordance with section 25(3) of that Act, the consultation prescribed in regulations made under that section has been completed[^f00002].

Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st April 2017.

Amendment of Article 4 of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2013

In article 4(1) of the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2013 (directors of the trust)[^f00003] for “4 executive directors” substitute “5 executive directors”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2013, which established the Gloucestershire Care Services National Health Service Trust.

Article 2 increases the number of executive directors of the trust from 4 to 5.

No impact assessment has been produced for this instrument as it has no effect on private sector and civil society organisations, and no significant effect on the public sector.
