Section 51(4) is repealed by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c.7) (“the 2012 Act”) and section 51 is repealed by section 1(1)(a) of the NHS (Charitable Trusts Etc) Act 2016 (c.10), both from a date to be appointed. Paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 is repealed by virtue of the repeal of section 25 by section 179(2) of the 2012 Act from a date to be appointed.
